Ciao a tutti! Il post che ora andrò a fare è una specie di off topic. Quindi non troverete foto o news..ma solo semplici spiegazioni.

Prima di ogni cosa ringrazio tutti per le numerose iscrizioni alle newsletter siete sempre più numerosi e questo non può che farmi piacere…quindi…grazie di cuore!

Sono molto contenta che il calendario vi sia piaciuto, alcuni di voi, a riguardo, hanno lasciato commenti… ai quali non ho risposto per questioni di tempistica..ma..li ho apprezzati davvero tanto. GRAZIE!

Siccome non ritengo sia giusto avere il merito di tutto quello che succede qui sul sito, vorrei chiarire il ruolo di ogni singolo amministratore e “volontario ”.
Chicca, Sunshine e Simo sono coloro che si dedicano alle traduzioni, italiano-inglese e viceversa.

Chi posta news oltre a me, sono Chicca e Sunshine..ed ora ha iniziato anche Simo.. dipende ovviamente dalla disponibilità delle persone.

Chi si occupa del LJ sono per lo più Chicca e Claudia, quando sono impossibilitata a farlo io stessa….il che capita praticamente sempre (le risposte ai commenti però le do io eh??).

Chi si occupa di Twitter e delle conversioni dei filmati è solo Claudia (ovviamente ci consultiamo).

Chi mi manda news e fotografie sono Chicca, Katia, Lory, Giuly Ale e Gloria. Poi.. volevo ringraziare per la disponibilità: Stacey, Trish e Karyn… grazie di sopportare sempre le mie richieste.. non lo dimenticherò mai. Grazie di cuore.

Chi si sta occupando del sito di queer as folk sono Simo e Ale alle quali potrete rivolgere ogni tipo di domanda.

Hello Everyone! Today’s post it’s a bit of an off-topic so you won’t find news or pictures here… just a few explanations.

First of all, I want to thank everyone for signing up for the newsletter; the number of people signing up increases every day, and I can’t tell you how happy this makes me. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I am also very happy that you enjoyed the calendar. A few of you guys even left comments but I couldn’t reply to everyone due to lack of free time… please know that I appreciate every single comment! THANK YOU!

To be honest, though, I don’t think it’s fair for me to take all the credit for what gets posted on the website, and that’s why, in this post, I want to let you all know what every admin and “volunteer” does here.

Chicca, Sunshine and Simo are the ones translating everything, from english to italian and vice-versa.
Also, aside from myself, the ones posting news on the website are Chicca and Sunshine, and recently Simo started too. It all depends on who’s free at the moment…

If I can’t take care of updating the LJ myself, and this happens basically every day, Chicca and Claudia do it for me (but I’m the one replying to comments!!) Twitter, instead, is Claudia’s job, even if obviously she consults with me.

People that find and send me news and pictures are Chicca, Katia, Lory Giuly Ale and Gloria. I also need to thank Stacey, Trish and Karyn for their kindness… thank you for always being patient with me, I appreciate it a lot and will never forget it.

The website about “Queer as Folk” is all taken care of by Simo and Ale therefore you are completely free to ask them for every kind of information.

Helping with the transaltions, when RL allows them to, we also have Lalla and Monia. Thank you to Julia and Sarit too.

All this to let you know that it’s not just me working here, we are a team and we all work together as one. They help me a lot and I’m very grateful to each and every one of them. I hope I’m not forgetting anyone… if I did… please forgive me!

CAMDEN. Randy Harrison, che ha recitato nel ruolo di Justin nella serie televisiva della Showtime, “Queer as Folk”, sarà ospite dell’intervista, pubblica e gratuita, “Inside the Rutgers Studio: Randy Harrison” alla Rutgers University di Camden, lunedì 12 Ottobre alle 3.00 del pomeriggio.

Harrison ha conseguito una laurea in Teatro Musicale all’università di Cincinnati nel 2000, lo stesso anno in cui “Queer as Folk” ha debuttato in America. Nel 2004, poi, Harrison ha debuttato a Broadway interpretando Boq nel musical di successo “Wicked”. Oggi, Harrison si occupa di The Arts Bureau, l’organizzazione no-profit che ha co-fondato a New York City.

L’intervista, durante la quale saranno mostrati due episodi di “Queer as Folk”, verrà condotta da Kenneth Elliot, un professore assistente del teatro di Rutgers-Camden, nel quale sta attualmente dirigendo la produzione studentesca autunnale di “Dracula”.
